The Beckman-Coulter CytoFLEX SRT benchtop cell separator is designed to meet a wide range of separation conditions. Like the CytoFLEX platform, it includes innovative technologies that simplify setup and operation so researchers can focus their time on research.
The Violet-Blue-Yellow Green-Red (V-B-Y-R) series has 15 fluorescence detectors when fully activated. It can be purchased with as few as four detectors, with the option to activate additional lasers and detectors using an activation key. It allows you to separate following a complex logic with different combinations of settings in each of the four flows, including the possibility of collecting aborts from one of the other flows. An optional biosafety cabinet with aerosol evacuation or a separate aerosol evacuation unit is available.
