DaAn Gene’s Smart-32 Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction Systems offers a fully automated solution for in vitro nucleic acid extraction using the magnetic bead method.
The Smart-32 can extract a single sample or 32 samples at the same time, thanks to its temperature control, oscillation and mixing functions, it ensures optimal extraction, high purity and efficiency of the samples. Thanks to its touch screen, the user can edit the procedure, monitor the condition of the experiment, open or close the disinfection functions with ultraviolet light, among others. It is easy to use, intuitive and extracts quickly and with reliable results.
The extracted nucleic acids can be used directly in PCR or RT-PCR techniques.
For samples with 30 IU/mL, the positivity rate is greater than 95% and the coefficient of variation between extraction wells is less than 3%.
